Returns & Exchanges

Your experience matters deeply to me. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can make it better:

• Refunds: You may request a return for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Store Credit: Returns requested between 8 and 30 days of delivery will be eligible for store credit only.
• Beyond 30 Days: After 30 days, all sales are considered final.

Please note:

• Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on my end.
• Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you about the status of your refund or credit within 3 business days.

Shipping

Every order is thoughtfully packaged and shipped from my studio in Vermont.

• In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days of purchase.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces will ship within 7 business days, though often sooner.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note:

• I currently ship within United States.
• I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.
• If your package arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can make it right.
