When I first started making candles, it wasn’t about creating something perfect. It was about creating something peaceful. I wanted to make objects that encouraged stillness, that helped quiet the noise of the day, and that made ordinary moments feel a little more meaningful.

The Signature Candle Collection grew from that desire. Each scent is a reflection of a certain kind of calm, not silence exactly, but the steady, present feeling that comes when you slow down long enough to notice it.

Forest Calm was the first. I wanted it to feel like walking through the woods after the rain, when everything smells alive and grounded. It’s earthy and warm, with notes of saffron, violet, and palo santo. If you’re drawn to nature, quiet mornings, and scents that make you feel balanced and steady, this one will feel like home.

Rosewood came next. It’s the scent I light in the evenings when the house feels still. The floral and wood notes feel soft and steady at the same time, familiar, like the comfort of returning home. If you love cozy spaces, slow evenings, and the feeling of wrapping yourself in warmth, this candle will speak to you.

Morning Light is the gentle contrast. It’s fresh and bright, the kind of scent that reminds you to start slowly and breathe before the day unfolds. If you love clean, light scents and the calm promise of a new day, Morning Light is for you.

Each candle is hand poured in my Vermont studio, including the concrete jars that I create myself. Every jar is sealed inside with a water-based, non-toxic sealer that makes it safe for candle wax and burning. The outside is finished with an eco-friendly concrete sealer that provides an extra layer of protection from moisture. The process is unhurried, just like the feeling I hope each piece brings. Each jar is slightly unique, designed to complement the scent it holds and to be reused long after the candle has finished burning.

To me, these candles are more than part of a collection. They are an extension of the same idea that began Love Joy Kindness, creating simple, meaningful things that bring you back to yourself. Whether you light one in the morning, at the end of a full day, or in the quiet space between, my hope is that it gives you a small moment of peace.
